YMCA Teen Employment Academy

Let us help your teen find a job by teaching them the skills they need to be successful in the workforce. This 5 week character development program will include knowledge of the importance of 1st impressions, how to fill out an application properly, what business leaders are looking for when hiring new employees, work ethic and more. Participants will have an opportunity to meet area business managers/owners looking to hire seasonal/summer employees. At completion of program, the teen leaders will be more confident and knowledgeable on what it means to find employment. Ages 14-18
