Trip The Light Fantastic

Join us for a night of international dance at the Bastrop Opera House. The stage will be home for the evening to different international dance types which include everything from folk ballet, hip hop, ballet, traditional dance from other countries, belly dancing and fusion. Over 20 dance acts will be performing! This is a benefit to raise funding for the Bastrop Opera House Youth Performing Academy Teen Troupe. They have the opportunity to attend the 2019 Texas Nonprofit Theatre Youth Conference this June. This amazing conference is a week long conference that gives the youth the opportunity to perform, participate in workshops and to watch their peers from other theatres perform. It's an amazing opportunity for our young actors. All proceeds from this event will go toward helping these Academy students attend the conference.
