"Do Well Be Well" is a program for people with type 2 diabetes. New FREE class is starting on Feb.22 in Bastrop. The class is a series of 5 classes. We will meet every Wednesday for five weeks. Class will be held at First United Methodist Church from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Learn how to manage your blood sugars levels, and still enjoy the food that you love.
