Teens In Motion (Ages 12-18)

Fit Jam is a multicultural fitness dance class for teen girls and boys on Thursdays in October. Fit Jam is a fusion of multicultural dance styles including the influence of Latin, Brazilian, Hawaiian, Reggaeton, and Hip Hop dancing. The rhythm and beat will get your heart pumping in this fun,energetic dynamic class for teens. No previous dance experience required.
