Teeing Off 2021 Golf Tournament & Bastrop Boil & Bash

Due to the utmost concern for public health and safety, the Bastrop Chamber Board of Directors made the difficult decision to cancel our Annual Banquet at the Bastrop Convention Center which is one of two fundraisers for the Chamber each year. We decided to create an event that we can practice social distancing and be in the great outdoors!

The Bastrop Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that after scrambling through 2020 we are Teeing off 2021 with a Golf Tournament (sponsored by Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative) at the Colovista Golf Club and the "Bastrop Boil & Bash"  (sponsored by First National Bank of Bastrop) held at The Mansion at Colovista! Come out for just the golf, all-day festivities, or come 'n' go for the portion you want to be present for. Here is the rundown for the schedule as it stands now:

Shot Gun Start with activities at nearly every hole starting at 10:30 am

    #11 Longest Drive (men & woman)
    #14 Dice Roll
    #15 Hole-in-One Contest - 2021 Toyota Sienna Minivan (Value $35,000)
Lunch provided by Southside Market between 11am to 1pm at the turn between #9 & #10

Golf Tournament Award Presentation 4 pm
Beer & Wine Reception 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Yard games, dominos & networking 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Silent Auction opens at noon - 7:30 pm (varies closing times at 5:30, 6:30, & 7:30 pm)
Shrimp Boil serving lines from 5:30 - 7:00 pm
Settle-up on Auction 7:30 pm
Karaoke upsairs, dominos & networking 7:00 - 9:00 pm
Bar closes 9:00 pm

There are many different levels of support and sponsorship available  - play on a golf team, buy a Boil & Bash ticket, or donate to the silent auction to support the Bastrop Chamber. Since March, we have worked with our community to be more than just a source of information, but also a source of support for local business. This event is replacing the income from our traditional Chamber Banquet so we appreciate your consideration in supporting us and this new event in 2021!

Lastly, when appropriate social distancing cannot be accomplished, we encourage masks to ensure everyone's health and safety into the new year.
