These Candidate Forums are part of the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce initiative, BastropVotes.com.

5:30pm - 6:30pm - Bastrop County Judge / Runoff Election Forum
7:00pm - 8:00pm - Texas State Representative District 17 / Runoff Election Forum

The purpose is simple…. to promote the vote in Bastrop County. We do this in 3 ways:

1.  Actively register voters.
2.  Have a website with fair and impartial information about candidates seeking elected office, and
3.  Conducting candidate forums like this one so you can see and hear from the candidates themselves before the election on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
