Ready Set Glow







Many of you have asked, so here it is- your formal invitation to be part of our Bastrop ISD 2025-2026 Back to School Bash! This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 5-8 p.m. at Cedar Creek High School. Our theme is BISD: Ready, Set, Glow, and we’ll be embracing all things neon and bright.
 

We’re excited to be partnering with CommUnityCare who will be providing vaccinations and a large number of stuffed backpacks for attending families. We’re also hoping all of our favorite community partners will be part of this event. Sponsorship levels are as follows and can be determined by monetary donations or in-kind services:

Your sponsorship dollars will be used to fund campus and grade specific school supplies or technology fees for BISD students. Families will be able to request these via QR code at their campus tables. We encourage you to bring information and/or swag representing your business or organization. If you need swag ideas, consider items that are on our school supply lists but not included in the supply packages such as:

  • Kleenex
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Ziploc bags (all sizes)
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Pencil bags/ cases
  • Backpacks

Or school supplies that kids might also need at home such as: 

  • Markers 
  • Crayons
  • Pencils 
  • Pens
  • Glue or glue sticks
