Quanah Parker Exhibit / One Man, Two Worlds at Museum and Visitor Center of the Bastrop County Historical Society
The Museum and Visitor Center of the Bastrop County Historical Society is hosting Quanah Parker: One Man, Two Worlds Exhibit from April 20 to June 12. This traveling exhibit prepared by the Texas Historical Commission through its Texas Heritage Trails Program (Texas Lakes Trail Region and Texas Trail of Fame) contains 35+ photographs chronicling the story of Quanah and his mother Cynthia Ann Parker. The MVC is open from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 1 pm to 4 pm Sunday.
