Parent & Me - Little Chef Program

Parents and kids playing together in the kitchen is a recipe for fun and an opportunity to make some lasting memories, too! Let's meet one Saturday each month to plan and make healthy delicious foods for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Parents will learn about the best quality ingredients to keep in the pantry and some easy ways to combine foods to make healthy, wholesome meals. We'll also explore which veggies and fruits are growing this season and yummy ways to incorporate them into each meal. Kids will learn some ways to help in the kitchen-whether that means creating a meal plan, assisting with food prep, or setting the table. This is a hands-on class! Each session, we'll make a meal and sit down together to enjoy it. Take home ideas, recipes and the inspiration to enjoy good food and family time in the kitchen and around the table every day!
