Pancake Fundraiser for Smithville Community Gardens

The Bastrop County Democratic and Republican Parties have joined forces to raise money for the Smithville Community Gardens. The Smithville Community Gardens provides a valuable service for the local Smithville community by offering free vegetables for picking as well as giving food to the local food bank and herbs to Comfort Café. Both parties feel that joining forces to help the community is an important part of giving back to the community despite policy differences.
