Bastrop Clay Arts 2nd Annual Spring Invitational Bastrop Clay Arts will sponsor the 2nd annual “Mostly Clay” Spring Invitational on April 7-9, in historic Bastrop, Texas with clay artists and organizers Melanie Shaw, Susan Hanft, and Marie Blazek. This is a dynamic exhibition/market of artwork will include works by approximately twenty artists and will be held at the beautiful Espavo Studio, located at 924 Main Street in Bastrop. Opening night will coincide with Bastrop’s First Friday Art Walk. Times are Friday evening, 5:30pm to 8:30pm, Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday noon to 3:00pm. Two-dimensional and mixed media artists will be exhibited. There will be refreshments, demonstrations and more about the history of clay in the region throughout the event.
