Lost Pines Garden Club meeting on "Rainwater collection"

This program for the meeting will be "Rainwater Collection" which should be of interest to gardeners and other people especially in our droughts.   The program describes making good use of rain as a natural resource, the beneficial features of rain vs. well or community water for plants (and people).  The program will provide a summary of the process for setting up a rainwater collection system (e.g., storage, purification, roof types, etc.) for homeowners for gardens, drinking, or other uses (e.g., pools, fish ponds).  More information is at www.lostpinesgardenclub.org
