Open enrollment for affordable health care coverage on the Marketplace begins November 1, 2015. Trained assistors will be available to help you with the application process at the Bastrop Public Library. To enroll you will need: Government issued picture ID ( i.e. driver's license or state ID) Social Security Card or Immigration Documentation (i.e. resident card, certificate of naturalization, etc.) Income Information (i.e. W-2 forms, pay stubs, or tax statements) Current Insurance policy numbers (including Medicaid, CHIP, etc.)
