February Chamber Luncheon - Austin-Bergstrom International Airport - 2040 Master Plan

Program is the 2040 Master Plan for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The speaker is Shane Harbinson who serves as Assistant Director-Airport Development and Environmental Programs for the City of Austin, Department of Aviation. Shane assists the Executive Director in the development of policies, procedures and strategies to accomplish ABIA?s organizational goals and objectives.
 
Shane joined the staff at ABIA in April 1999 to serve as an Airport Operations Coordinator. Since then, he has worked in several key positions at ABIA, including Noise Abatement Officer, Airport Planner, Manager of Airport Operations, and Assistant Director of Operations and Security. He has worked at other airports including Midland International and Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
 
Shane graduated from Saint Cloud State University after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Airport Management.

Lunch provided by: 

• Lunncheons are held the 1st Wednesday of every month, except July and December.
• Hours are 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM
• Members can register online through their Member Information Center (MIC) account page under Events, Community/Chamber Calendar by accessing our website (www.bastropchamber.com), or by contacting the Chamber staff at (512) 303-0558 or info@bastropchamber.com. 
• Members also can be added to the master registration list at the office to be included in all luncheons.  All Master Luncheon Registration List additions must be accompanied by a valid credit card to be kept on file with the Chamber.
• Online registrations close on the Tuesday before the luncheon at 3 PM.  Registrations by phone or email after this time will be accepted only if room is still available.  No registrations or walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the luncheon.
• Cost is $15/seat for members who pre-register. Future Member registrations are $20 and payment must be made at the time of registration.  Online payments can be made by credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX). Only cash or check is accepted at the luncheon.  We will invoice members in good standing.
• Our monthly Luncheons are an optional event and a fee is required to attend. 
• Luncheon Policies
• The ability to hand out literature/promotional items on the luncheon tables is reserved EXCLUSIVELY for the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, the Luncheon Sponsor and the Luncheon Presenter.  You will be asked to remove any other literature/items found placed on the luncheon tables.  You may still hand out items personally to individuals at the luncheons for networking purposes.
