Luncheon Guidelines For Members and Non-Members
Luncheons are held the 1^st Wednesday of every month, except July and December.
Online Registration for luncheons ends midnight on the Sunday before the luncheon date.

1. Hours are 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM
2. Registration can be done online through Member’s account page under Events, on our website www.bastropchamber.com under Calendar/Events, or by contacting the staff by phone 512-303-0558 or email at info@bastropchamber.com Members also can be added to the master registration list at the office to be included in all luncheons.
3. Registrations online will no longer be accepted after Sunday at midnight prior to the event. Registrations by phone or email Monday and Tuesday prior to luncheon will be accepted only if room is still available.
4. Costs are $12.00 each for pre-registered Members. Day of non-registered members will be charged $15.00.  Registrations not canceled 24 hours in advance of luncheon  will be charged the No-Show fee of $15.00. Future Member registrations are $20.00 and will apply to pre-registered but no-show as well.
5. Online payments can be made by credit card (MC,Visa,Discover,AMEX). Only cash or check is accepted at the luncheon. We will bill members in good standing.
