Candlelight Stroll
A fun Bastrop Christmas tradition of more than 20 years where Primera Baptist Church and the Kiosk downtown are the meeting points for two groups to stroll on a route from one church to another singing Christmas hymns and reading Scripture. Participants are encouraged to bring a light and a friend. Both groups meet at Ascension Catholic for the final reading and carol before enjoying the hospitality of the Catholic ladies as they serve Taco Soup and Desserts. There will be a police escort at intersections.
