The Bastrop ISD Place 7 Candidate Forum is part of a Chamber of Commerce initiative called BastropVotes.com. The purpose is simple…. to promote the vote in Bastrop County. We do this in 3 ways: 1.) actively register voters, 2.) have a website with fair and impartial information about candidates seeking elected office, and 3.) conducting candidate forums like this one so you can see and hear from the candidates themselves before the election on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
