The City of Bastrop Arbor Day Celebration will take place on Friday, November 4th, 2016 at 10:00 am in Kerr Park. During the celebration the Parks and Recreation Department will present a tree planting demonstration and inform the public of the importance of trees in our lives. The purpose of Arbor Day is to plant new life, with each tree planted we plant hope.
