The Annual Meeting of the Chamber membership to celebrate the accomplishments of the Chamber, honor our Business Award Winners and recognize outstanding volunteers in our community.
To be considered for the Awards to be given out at the Banquet in 2016, Nominations must be submitted by January 29th, 2016. Nominations submitted after this date will be kept on file for consideration for future awards.
The forms below are able to be downloaded and filled out manually and must be returned to the Chamber in person or scanned in and emailed to info@bastropchamber.com.

Reserved Tables: $800 (8 seats, Advertising slide in evening presentation)
Individual Tickets:
Members - $65 until January 29th, $85 from January 29th until February 18th
Future Members - $85
Tickets will be mailed to purchaser until Feb. 12th, after that tickets must be picked up at the Chamber Offices.
Advertising Spot: $150 per slide (business must provide ad)
