Enrollment for affordable, quality health insurance comes to Bastrop!
To enroll you will need:
- Government Issued Picture ID (i.e. driver's license or state ID)
- Social Security Card or Immigration Documentation (i.e. resident card, certificate of naturalization, etc.)
- Income Information (i.e. W-2 forms, pay stubs, or tax statements)
- Current Insurance Policy Numbers (including Medicaid, CHIP, etc.)
