DESCRIPTION:ENTRY FORM\n\n\n\nBobby Browne and ColoVista invite you to participate in the 2018 Survival Scramble.  This 3-man scramble invitational tournament will be held on Sat and Sun Jan. 27th and 28th.  Teams will be flighted according to verified handicaps and previous scores.  Entry fees for the tournament are $660 a team ($220 per man) and includes green fees\, carts\, tournament entry\, range balls\, meals Friday at players meeting\, Sat. lunch\, Sun. lunch\, skins game - your flight only & tournament wide skins game.  Professionals are welcome to play in championship flight only.  No entries taken without check or credit card number.  Field is limited to the first 70 paid teams.  Absolutely no entries taken after 6:00 p.m. Thurs. Jan. 25th.  \n\nCASH prizes based on number of entries.
