SUMMARY:Shred Day
DESCRIPTION:APRIL 13: FNB SHRED DAY Mark your calendar for FNB's Shred Day & Community Banking Month Celebration! Bring your documents by for free shredding! As the number of identity theft victims continues to rise each year\, document security and information protection is more important now than ever. Look for a shred truck to be parked in the front parking lot accepting paper to shred\, rain or shine. There is no charge for shredding and the event is open to the public. We're asking that everyone only bring in a few boxes so we can shred for as many people as possible. We'll also be passing out snacks and other goodies to help commemorate this special month! What can be shredded? Pay stubs\, bank statements\, ATM receipts\, and old tax returns are a few common examples\, but any paper document that contains confidential or personally identifiable information (PII) should be shredded rather than thrown in the trash. Staples and paper clips are ok\, but no other sharp\, metal objects. Electronic media and hard drives cannot be shredded and should not be brought to our Community Shred Day.
