The Red White and You Dance is held the Saturday after Independence Day\, and is combined with a weekend of celebratory activities in Bastrop\, Texas. Live music entertainment by The Tony Harrison Band\, is a crowd pleaser with it's nine piece "Big Band" sound and carefully chosen period music spanning the decades. Hosted by the Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center\, in a military themed atmosphere\, attendees are encouraged to dress in period Swing Dance attire to add to the fun. The evening will include Swing Dance Lessons\, a Vintage Dress Contest\, On-Site Concessions\, and 3 hours of live music to fill the dance floor! Come early to eat American Flare\, with Doors opening at 5:30pm. Professional Dancers will be on-hand to help teach you dance moves\, starting at 6:15pm.
