Moving from the field to project management at Samsung in 2004\, Tim grew to become a Division Manager of Semiconductor and Emerging Technologies at the Porter Company.\n\n\n\n In 2017\, Tim left the Porter Company with plans to partner with his close friend\, Cougar Moats\, who tragically passed away in a fishing accident. Leaving Tim unemployed\, he met with his mentor who encouraged him to start his own company.\n\n\n\n TCS Mechanical\, LLC. was officially formed in May of 2017 with the idea of being a small company\, ran by a close-knit group of guys. TCS grew rapidly and in 2021\, the company peaked at 256 employees.\n\n In late 2023\, TCS is projected to be around 600 employees. The only thing making our success possible is our people and our culture.
