Jump start your hospitality journey with our ten day short course program designed to give you a solid foundation in the kitchen or customer facing roles in hospitality. This immersive course will focus on basic culinary skills\, food safety\, sanitation and customer service.
\n\nThis course will meet Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and includes a utility kit with a knife\, spatula\, whisk\, and other culinary tools. Participants who complete this program are prepared to take the ServSafe and TABC exam\, experience on-the job application of skills learned and meet with local employers to discuss potential employment.
