An empowering farm to table event\, this Italian inspired six-course meal features products from local farms and artisans including Down Home Ranch\, Bernhardts Farm\, Texas Olive Ranch\, Red Heron Farm\, Farmshare Austin\, Market Garden 42\, ATX Homemade Jerky & Artisan Market and Johnson's Backyard Garden! We invite you and your family and friends to come join us for an afternoon of food\, fun and empowerment as we raise money for the mission of local Elgin nonprofit\, Down Home Ranch. Featuring Scarleth Aguilar\, Private Chef: After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in NY\, Scarleth moved to Tuscany\, Italy for four years. She continued to pursue her passion as she taught at the Toscana Saporita Cooking School as Lead Chef Instructor. Scarleth is back in the Austin area and works as a private chef\, specializing in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine.
