DESCRIPTION:Good Afternoon Friends! \n\n \n\nAre you a member of our local counseling association? \n\n \n\nOur first meeting with Krystal Grimes as the new Board President is September 1st (12-1pm) at the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce. Open to all mental health professionals\, students and any other mental health advocate. RSVP to me or bluebonnetcounseling@gmail.com\n\n \n\nThe Bluebonnet Counseling Association serves 7 counties that includes Bastrop\, Burleson\, Caldwell\, Fayette\, Gonzales\, Lee and Milam. This expansive area provides a unique opportunity for collective progress in diverse communities across Texas. Following the guidance of the Texas counseling association\, we plan to\n\n          Advocate for the mental health of all Texans\; and beyond\;\n\n          Create enhanced community collaborations\;\n\n          Promote the growth and capacity for mental health professionals\, students and community members\;\n\n          And grow our chapter to represent the communities of our 7 county service area. \n\nAs we move forward to create a renewed vision for our chapter\, I look forward to broadening our network. With a deep focus on equity\, belonging and advocacy\, the Bluebonnet Counseling Association is sure to be an innovator and leader within our profession. \n\n \n\nPlease consider joining us as we evolve!!
