DESCRIPTION:Yesterfest\, Naturefest & The Rodeo have joined together this year to make one incredible event\, Bastrop Festival Weekend.  The weekend starts out with the Rodeo at Mayfest Rodeo Arena and Classic Country Music featuring Terry Lyne Moore & The McMillans and a variety of other great country musicians.at the Bastrop Opera House.  On Saturday Yesterfest & Naturefest come alive in Fisherman's Park with great entertainment for the whole family.  Come see re-enactments and music\, demonstrations\, exhibits representing the original cultures of Bastrop while Naturefest will have food\, exhibits\, kid's activities bringing you back to nature with the natural resouerces of our area.  The Rodeo will also be going on.  At the Bastrop Opera House the Bastrop Bar Association presents "A Trial that Never Was" Fundraiser. On Sunday The Bastrop Opera House will host the public performance of A Trial that Never Was at 2:00 pm.  Then at 5:00 pm Bastrop Opera House will have a special showing of "The North Star" a film about the Underground Railroad.  Ticket information for these special performances are at www.bastropoperahouse.com.  Yesterfest  Naturefest are FREE
