DESCRIPTION:Monthly meeting of the Ambassadors & Membership Committee of the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce.\n\n\n\nMission Statement - The Ambassador Committee is the welcome arm of the Chamber. This group of volunteers attend all our Ribbon Cuttings to welcome new businesses and celebrate the accomplishments such as an anniversary of existing businesses. This group of Ambassadors also assist the Chamber Staff in taking out Welcome Bags to our new members.\n\n\n\nMission Statement - The Membership Committee actively recruits chamber members from business\, civic\, and educational sectors of the Bastrop area by promoting membership benefits and orienting new members toward active participation. The Membership Committee is the link between the Chamber and its members and informs members about chamber activities. The Membership Committee is a catalyst for creating new programs and activities tailored to the needs of members.
