DESCRIPTION:This is the Annual Meeting of the Bastrop Chamber membership to celebrate the accomplishments of the Chamber\, honor our Business Award Winners and recognize Outstanding Volunteers in our community!\n\n\n\nThe doors open at 6pm\, a catered dinner by Southside Market starts at 7pm\, program 8:15pm\, and a live band\, The Presley Project from 9:30-11pm. Open bar with beer and wine included with the price of a ticket. Attire is dressy to formal wear.\n\n\n\nLive Auction\n\nTwo (2) Liquor filled Auction Baskets - Donated by the Board of Directors\, one from the Men and the other by the Ladies (Value to be determined)\n\nThis is a friendly competition between the Board of Directors and the winner gets breakfast provided by the loser at the March Board meeting. Will the ladies redeem themselves after a 2019 defeat?!? Come to the banquet to see!!!\n\n\n\nDinner of 10 at Piney Creek Chop House ? Donated by Piney Creek Chop House (Value $1200)\n\nEnjoy a delicious four-course dinner paired with wine from Pine Creek Chop House! You and your guests will be treated to a steak dinner complete with their world-famous bread pudding for dessert! Come dine at the BEST of Bastrop!\n\n\n\nCustom Playhouse ? Donated by Dimora Homes (Value $2000)\n\nHome sweet home for your little ones. This year\, Dimora Homes built a modern style playhouse featuring a second-story loft and porch area. Your kids will love to make this their own little home for play and even camping.\n\n\n\nJewelry ? Donated by Kragh?s Jewelry & Repair (Value $3000)\n\nThis stunning piece of jewelry is a 14K white gold pendant with a triple-A grade Swiss blue topaz surrounded in diamonds. Ken Ladd donated an exquisite piece for this Signature Event. It is a piece that a lady will wear and enjoy for a lifetime. Guys\, Valentine?s Day is just around the corner. Here is your chance to wrap that special lady in love.\n\n\n\nSilent Auction\n\nDonations needed. Past years have included\, gift baskets\, liquor\, sporting items\, varies art items\, event tickets\, weekend passes\, hotel stays\, party coolers\, fitness passes\, golf packages and much more.
