Programming Guidelines
\n\n
Programming is informational in nature and of general interest to Chamber Members and community members who attend. \;
\n\n
\n - Luncheon Programming and Sponsors are determined in the fall of each year for the following calendar year. \;
\n - The Monthly Luncheon cannot be a fundraising opportunity for organizations.
\n - Requests to make an announcement during the Program will be considered at the discretion of the President. Any request must be submitted in writing and discussed with the President at least one week prior to the Luncheon.
\n - The Monthly Luncheon is a networking opportunity\, so members may still hand out items personally to individuals at the luncheons for networking purposes or at the general information table.
\n - The ability to hand out literature/promotional items on the luncheon tables is reserved \;exclusively \;for the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce\, the luncheon sponsor(s)\, and the luncheon speaker. \;No other handouts\, information\, gift items\, or literature can be placed on the luncheon tables\, and if any is found\, the member will be asked to remove them. \; A general information table is provided for all others.

Exceptions to any of these guidelines require approval from the Board of Directors.
